What types of payment does Rebuilders-Supply accept?

We accept PayPal. You may also pay using MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

When is my purchase charged to my card? When is it credited if I return the part?

Your card is charged on the day you place the order. If you return the purchase, we will refund the amount of the item the day we receive it at Rebuilders-Supply.

Will I be charged local sales tax on my purchase?

Yes, sales tax is charged.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with instructions and a tracking number.

Can I cancel an order after I've placed it?

Yes. Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order,

If your order has already been shipped, please wait until you receive the order. Once the order arrives, call Customer Service for return instructions.

Do I pay shipping for parts I return to Rebuilders-Supply?

If you have to return the part because we made a mistake, you don't pay shipping.
For all other returns, we refund the full amount of the part. We do not reimburse for shipping charges to return the package to Rebuilders-Supply.

Where do I return items? Are there items that cannot be returned?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (warranties will be honored).
  • Any item that has been installed (warranties will be honored).
  • Any item that has been disassembled or tampered with.

We keep only the information needed to process and deliver your order. Credit card information is never stored in our system. Vensel Enterprises will not sell or make available to any third party any of the information that you provide.
